were you shooting at the end of the day...it almost looks like the sun was going down...but still fairly bright......at the back of the photo.

That is an exceptionally interesting capture - I like the sharp value contrasts on the fuzzy things and the long grass in the foreground, and the atmospheric haze in the background. Cool stuff.
