Early favorites

I joined dA in 2005 primarily so I could follow and comment on the work of fantasy artists I had been following on Lothlorien/Elfwood and other such places.  Here are some of my favorites from way back then. :)

Feel free to use any of my waterscape or landscape photographs as stock images. I ask only that you let me know, and that you post a link to the original.

The Heidelberg Catechism, published in 1563, remains one of the warmest expressions of the Christian faith ever written. This is how it begins.
What is your only comfort in life and in death?

That I am not my own,
but belong --
     body and soul,
in life and in death --
to my faithful Savior Jesus Christ.

He has fully paid for all my sins with his precious blood,
and has set me free from the tyranny of the devil.
He also watches over me in such a way
that not a hair can fall from my head
          without the will of my Father in heaven;
in fact, all things must work together for my salvation.

Because I belong to him,
Christ, by his Holy Spirit,
assures me of eternal life
and makes me wholeheartedly will and ready
from now on to live for him.

You are most welcome, Kajsa. I was following you on Lothlorien/Elfwood long before I heard of dA.
Blessings,
Steve

I have a print of that one. The woman has a strange sense of humor. She is a fine writer, too. I love Digger.

I have not read Digger. I do read her blog, though, and it is usually hilarious.

Digger is well worth reading, hilarious, but quite the serious novel, too.
