The deed is done, the offer submitted.

Friday morning.
This morning I emailed our sign-off on the buyers inspection report release. Both the offer and the release were quite reasonable. We did not counter on either. There are distinct advantages to having experienced realtors (that know and trust each other) on both sides of the deal.
We just gave our realtor the go-ahead to do his workup on one of the places we looked at yesterday (and have had our eyes on for some time) so we can put in an offer. It's up toward Seabreeze, between Culver and the Parkway.
This is looking like it may actually happen, with closings mid-July.

Thursday evening.
We were out house-hunting this afternoon. We're about set to put in an offer. We think.
Feel free to use any of my waterscape or landscape photographs as stock images. I ask only that you let me know, and that you post a link to the original.
The Heidelberg Catechism, published in 1563, remains one of the warmest expressions of the Christian faith ever written. This is how it begins.
What is your only comfort in life and in death?
That I am not my own,
but belong --
body and soul,
in life and in death --
to my faithful Savior Jesus Christ.
He has fully paid for all my sins with his precious blood,
and has set me free from the tyranny of the devil.
He also watches over me in such a way
that not a hair can fall from my head
without the will of my Father in heaven;
in fact, all things must work together for my salvation.
Because I belong to him,
Christ, by his Holy Spirit,
assures me of eternal life
and makes me wholeheartedly will and ready
from now on to live for him.
