wishing you continued healing, know your limits, rest, and enjoy life
As my orthopedist told me last year: let pain be your guide. Good recovery, though.
Great to hear, Steve! Thumbs up!
Good luck! Feeling good is always an excellent thing, and we must work hard to keep it that way! Easy does it!
good news & take care...one step at a time!
good news, keep it steady
That's great news!
Glad to hear it Steve! And yes, ease into it. The work will wait.
Thanks, Tom. It's amazing what switching chairs can do. Some just work better than others.
That's no lie. I sit in a wooden chair when working here at home (one of my kitchen chairs with a straight back) - this works far better than the soft leather swivel chair I sit in at work. My L4 disc does not like me sitting in that chair for 8 hours. The walking helps me overcome the work induced pain - it's three miles to work, all uphill on the way home. I wish it was uphill in the morning but such is life. Uphill or downhill, after writing code for 8 hours it is great to walk and stretch out everything as I head home. Anyway, glad you're doing better!
Just remember: If you get carried away with something; you will be carried away by someone. Go carefully, Steve.
Step for step .... glad it seems that you feel better
Great to hear you are feeling better, sounds like positive progress.
Well progress is progress!!! Good
